ONLINE RETURN POLICY We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of your item to request a return of your ONLINE PURCHASE. 

If an item is eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags attached and/or sealing tape present and attached, and/or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, such as your packing list.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Some vendors and manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer in the case of a manufacturing error, and we could direct you to do so. With collectibles and limited items it is possible an item may be out of stock at the manufacturer and an exchange may not be possible. In such a case we would work with you in contacting the manufacturer. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for refunds. New and back issue comic books are non-returnable UNLESS item is specifically not as described. With back issue comics a return for store credit could be considered.

PRE-ORDERS and SPECIAL ORDERS have a 20 percent of purchase price re-stocking fee if the buyer chooses to cancel their order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not guarantee "collector grade" packaging, but will always strive to select for a customer the very best example we have of a product. Shelf wear can be expected. Damage such as tears, window/bubble cracks, or hard creases with color break will be noted in listings if present.

We do not consider manufacturing issues such as a paint application a customer may be unhappy with a defect, and it is not considered returnable in those cases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. While we may immediately process a return once approved we cannot estimate how long it may take a for your chosen payment provider to finish the refund process.
