Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule:

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days of order being placed. Items ordered on Friday after 1pm EST will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding holidays)

Domestic Orders:

Currently we offer USPS and UPS shipping service. Items 15 ounces or less in weight can ship USPS First Class. Expedited orders placed after 1pm EST may not be processed until the following business day. 

International Orders:

Due to customs laws and increased security measures, we're required to include specific documentation with all international shipments. Here's what we usually include: 

On the outside of the package:

CUSTOMS FORM. We will not mark packages as media, gift, or any classification different than fragile.

A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE, indicating the item value, description, and weight, as well as the method of payment. 

Inside the package:

INVOICE for your records.

We are not responsible for collecting/paying any customs/import fees incurred by the buyer.

Due to an increase in FRAUD we will NOT ship to a FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE.
